Price intelligence

Know what you pay.
Every item, every drop.

Delivered prices against advertised prices, per-item history since day one, and alerts the day a vendor moves a price, not at month-end when the damage is done.

01

Invoices read themselves

Every delivery's lines are extracted and matched to the items on your guide.

02

Prices normalize

Pack math converts cases, splits, and weights into units you can actually compare.

03

Changes surface

Anything that moved is flagged that day, with the receipt attached as evidence.

Delivered vs. advertised

The price on the portal and the price on your invoice, side by side, so quiet gaps stop being quiet.

Price history per item

Every delivery adds a point. Trend lines build themselves from the invoices you were getting anyway.

Change alerts

A case price moves and you know that day, with the receipt attached as evidence.

Vendor comparison

The same item across every vendor who sells it, normalized to comparable units.

Price creep dies in daylight

Vendors rarely raise prices loudly. Forty cents a case here, a pack-size change there. Because every invoice is read and normalized, creep shows up as a flagged line the week it starts.

  • Invoice lines matched to order guide items
  • Pack-size changes caught, not absorbed
  • Evidence attached: receipt, date, vendor

Deterministic math you can audit

Unit prices come from pack math with explicit conversions, never model guesses. When two numbers disagree, you can trace exactly why.

  • Explicit conversions, manual overrides win
  • Same math in the shop, the cart, and reports
  • Audit-only conversion history

Good to know

Where do the prices come from?

Two places: live vendor portals your agents read, and the invoices from your own deliveries. You see both, side by side.

What about pack-size changes?

A case that quietly shrinks from 24 to 20 count shows up as a unit-price jump, not a hidden loss. Pack math is explicit and auditable.

Can I export the history?

Yes. Every item's price history exports cleanly, with vendor, date, and receipt references intact.
