An example
You refer a group with 10 locations and a restaurant with 1. All 11 locations pay three months in a row. You get 11 × $200 = $2,200. Each of the 11 locations got $50 off its first paid month.

- Who can refer?
- Any RestaurantMate customer, and anyone who signs up as an ambassador: suppliers, consultants, accountants, friends in the business.
- How does the restaurant use my code?
- Your link fills the code in for them. They can also type it during Get started, or add it on their Billing page in the first 30 days if they forgot.
- When is the $50 used?
- It comes off the first invoice after the free trial, once for each location. If the month costs less than $50, the rest carries to the next invoice. It is never paid out in cash.
- When do I earn the $200?
- When a referred location has paid three months in a row. A location that cancels or is paused before that does not earn a bonus. Locations the restaurant adds in its first year count too.
- How do I get paid?
- Your Referrals page shows every restaurant, each location and how many months it has paid. Once a bonus is earned we contact you to send it.
- Anything I cannot do?
- One referral per restaurant, chosen at sign-up. You cannot refer a restaurant you own or work at.
